Nothing stays the same. The liberal Left in this country want us in the EU because what they see (through their rose coloured spectacles) is a benign Social Democratic, Big Government paradise that will remain in perpetuity. But again, nothing stays the same. The European reality is may be very different. Forget about tossing the pro and con economic arguments back and forth. The EU is a political construct, a construct over which we have very little control. We are not only better off out of the EU, I don't think it too alarmist to say that our very survival depends on us being out of it. I don't know will happen in Europe, a complete breakup, a totalitarian tyranny; but one thing is pretty certain; a Social Democratic Utopia is not on the cards (apart from anything else who can afford it?). This country has its own serious problems, but I'd rather our destiny be in our own hands than at the mercy of an increasingly dystopian "Europe".

This is a man who wants to build a society based on hatred of anyone who is different in any way to his view of a white bigotted Britain. He wants a closed authoritarian Britain. a few weeks ago there was a story about nigel farange, and in the first dozen or so comments three people called him a t*at and were left unmoderated, and i pointed out that a few months ago i had called someone else a t*at and been moderated within minutes - but then not only was i moderated again, but my comment disappeared completely from the farange thread.

Any human being who hunts animals for sport is seriously sick in my opinion and deserves to be put in a compound without any weaponry and hunted themselves. A few years ago I watched a hunt in my local village through my bedroom window and there was one particular wall in a field that was too high and many horse riders were thrown off. Thankfully none of the horses looked to have been injured and I laughed my head off at the upper-class twerps toppling off into the mud. I half hoped the horses would land on top of them. Shameful, silver-spoon idiots with nothing better to do and not a care in the world for animals - apart from themselves.

If I want to visit France, I want to see the traditional French way of life, not Multicultural France. Same with Germany and other Western countries. Likewise, if I visit an Arab Nation, that's exactly what I want to see, Arab Culture at its best. In Sydney, one area has few English speaking Chinese! You might as well be in China! Yes, Governments have failed us.

I'm an American, but after spending a few years in London, I fell in love with British culture. I noticed in the past 10 years that "Britishness" has disappeared due to the vociferous PC brigade ( that has affected the US as well.) She could have done it anyway without all this fuss. Believe it would have at most cost us a £26k fine. They don't want to. UKIP for me. Never voted for Brussels to tell us what we can and can't do. Liebour brought all this in and this lot will keep it. Gravy train to Europe later.
